Blue Ivy Carter is proving that she is truly one talented child as she has killed it on her mother’s Renaissance tour. Former Destiny’s Child Kelly Rowland took a moment to gush over Blue Ivy‘s stage presence in an exclusive interview with E! News. The 42-year-old told the popular entertainment outlet that she is “very proud” of the 11-year-old.
“I’m very proud,” Rowland told E! News in her interview as she took a moment from promoting her back-to-school partnership with Airborne Assorted Fruit Gummies. “She works very freaking hard, period. But how could she not, you know? She sees her mother in action and she sees her father in action and how they apply everything, hard work to everything that they do.”
As you know, Blue Ivy has been a somewhat of a permanent figure alongside Beyoncé on the Renaissance tour. The preteen has performed perfect choreography on stage with her mother and the backup dancers for thousands around the world. For the Grammy-winner, this has been her moment in the limelight that has unquestionably proven that she is next in line to receive the crown.
Fans across the globe have noticed that with each stop, the youngster’s performances are getting better and better.
When she performed on the D.C. stop, the crowd went wild and of course, commented that her performance was flawless.
“Everyone judged her too soon,” one BCKOnline fan wrote in reference to Blue’s beginning compared to her delivery in D.C. “She just had to get used to performing and in front of that big of a crowd. She’s loosened up a lot and still dances appropriately for her age.”
Tina Lawson, Blue Ivy’s grandmother also weighed in at the time in an interview on her granddaughter’s evolving stage presence.
“She’s having the time of her life, and I couldn’t be more proud of her because she really worked hard. She is 11 years old, and she had one week to prepare, and she’s just getting better and better. I’m the proud grandma, always.”
Just like Rowland, we are all “very proud” of the hard work and dedication that Blue Ivy has put into her performances. If this is what we are getting at 11, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is simply tuning-up to blow us all away in the future, and we cannot wait!
