May the Carter strength be with her! Cardi B received the blessing of Jay-Z during week two of the Coachella music festival.

The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper took the stage by storm again over the weekend. Cardi delivered an incredible performance alone and then brought her boyfriend, Offset, onstage to give fans double star power. “She look sooo pretty,” one Instagram fan said of Cardi’s pregnancy glow, which was evident during her appearance at Coachella 2018. “She performed like a boss,” another of the rapper’s social media fans said. “So happy SZA came out and did ‘I Do’ with her.”

Cardi B was not only a performer but also a fan at this year’s big California music festival. The rapper was spotted among those in adoration of Jay-Z this past weekend and even had the pleasure of the 4:44 artist rubbing her protruding stomach. Jay was recorded patting Cardi’s shoulders while she was seated and gently touched her bump in a congratulatory sort of way. Of course, Cardi B was all smiles during the interaction. Who wouldn’t appreciate a music giant such as Jay-Z taking notice of them?

Cardi B made her presence known the first time around at Coachella the weekend before last. The rapper later stopped by The Ellen Show to discuss her experience at the festival. “I was just trying to show the world how I got pregnant in the first place,” Cardi said of her twerking onstage that garnered the approval of many fans.

The expectant rapper also talked about her big reveal on SNL that, by Cardi’s terms, was both exciting and scary. “For my first performance, I was like, ‘Eh! Party with Cardi! Ooh,'” the rapper said. “And then in my second one, I don’t know—I was sweaty. My underarms started itching because it’s like, ‘Oh, my God! The world gon’ know I’m pregnant! Oh! Here we go! Opinions! Coming!'”

For the most part, the opinions have been positive. Cardi B is expecting her first child with Offset to arrive in coming months.
