Cree Summer is one proud celebrity mom. Her daughters, Brave and Hero, recently scored their first voiceover gigs with Disney and the star actress was there for every bit of the action.
“THE SAVAGES doing their very first voice over job for Vampirina on Disney Jr,” Cree shared on Instagram. “Proud mama,” she hashtagged.
Vamprina is a new show slated to air on Disney Jr. in coming months. The series targets girls between the ages of two and seven years old. The creators behind Doc McStuffins are the masterminds behind this show as well.
“Our main character, Vee [short for Vampirina], who has blue hair and bat-like pigtails, stands for every little kid who ever felt weird growing up,” says producer Chris Nee. “This is a series that’s all about celebrating our differences, in the spirit of The Munsters and The Addams Family.”
Cree Summer can identify with Vee’s subconsciousness as she too has experienced her share of inferiority in life. Such is the reason why the celebrity mom teaches her daughters to be fearless.
“They are so blazingly individual and they teach me so much everyday,” Cree told the press a few months back. “My job now is to maintain their fearlessness,” she added. “I don’t want them to get to that point where they are embarrassed or scared of everything. That’s the danger of growing up.”
Vampirian is slated to premiere sometime in 2017. Cree Summer and husband Angelo Pullen have two kids together. Take a look at Brave and Hero’s hilarious Instagram video below!
