Monica Brown’s mission was accomplished this past weekend when her daughter, Laiyah, smiled during her third birthday party. The celebrity mom shared a series of pictures from the event with Instagram fans.
“The goal with each of my children’s parties are to see them smile and to create memories that they will never forget,” Monica shared with her followers. “They are all the joys of my life so watching them experience the joy of fun and family always touches me.”

The celebrity mom also shared photos of Laiyah’s cake, which was the talk of the bash. “This cake took the cake,” Monica said of the creation that was fashioned after the party’s ‘Wonderland’ theme. “Laiyahs face lit up as well as ours.” Brown described the moment of revelation as the highlight of the bash and shared video footage of Laiyah reaching for the tiered masterpiece during the birthday song.

Monica and her husband, Shannon Brown, went all out for their daughter’s celebration. The celebrity parents had everything from great food to a magician for kids to enjoy. “Tha magician was AMAZING,” Monica exclaimed. “@nevergrowupmagic_atl you captivated all of the children.”

Laiyah Brown was born on September 3, 2013. She is Monica and Shannon Brown’s only child together. Monica also has two sons named Romelo and Rodney Jr., from a previous relationship.
