Stephen Curry and wife Ayesha had a delightful Easter celebration filled with family and food. The wife of the NBA player recently took to her blog to share her Easter experience with fans. Mrs. Curry also shared a cool recipe with readers.
Ayesha and Stephen’s Easter began in church and progressed to Skype where the couple’s daughter, Riley, got a wonderful surprise. “We had a wonderful time this Easter weekend, attending a great church service and delicious brunch as a family. We were able to Skype with Riley’s godparents, Brittany and Bryant, so that they could read ‘The Easter Story’ to her (she really has awesome godparents),” wrote Ayesha.
Although many were eating ham on Easter Day, it was nothing but lamb chops and pasta for the NBA player and his wife. “I prepared a wonderful Easter meal that consisted of sautéed greens beans, roasted squash, lamb chops with a fig sauce and my 10 minute pasta! You can find the recipe here on my blog for the pasta! Only, this time I added fresh basil, parsley and capers to the pasta (delicious),” said Mrs. Curry.
Stephen and Ayesha wed in 2011. Riley is the couple’s first child together.
