JERMAINE JACKSON JOINS SON JAAFAR AT MICHAEL PREMIERE AS YOUNGEST CHILD STEALS THE SPOTLIGHT

Jermaine Jackson stepped out in Berlin for the Michael global fan premiere on April 10, showing support for his son Jaafar Jackson as he made his acting debut in the upcoming biopic.

Jaafar takes on the role of his uncle, Michael Jackson, bringing the King of Pop’s story to the big screen.

But while the night centered on Jaafar, it was Jermaine’s youngest son who stole the spotlight more than once.

One instance came as Jermaine and his wife, Maday Velazquez, stopped for photos on the red carpet. Their son suddenly broke away and began dancing nearby, catching the attention of photographers.

Another moment happened inside the venue when Jermaine took the stage to speak about Jaafar, telling the audience, “I’m so proud of him because I knew from the beginning, he had something special in him. And it’s not just music and dancing, but a lot of other things. Most importantly, he’s a fine human being. He is a wonderful person. And that’s what I’m very happy for.”

Even then, his youngest son remained in motion nearby, continuing to dance as the crowd looked on in amusement.

The Michael premiere brought out several other members of the Jackson family. Michael’s sons, Prince and Bigi Jackson, made a rare appearance together, stepping onto the carpet in looks that reflected their father’s signature style.

Prince, 29, wore a black suit with a red shirt and black tie, while Bigi, 24, chose a black jacket with gold striping along the sleeves, styled with matching pants and an armband featuring one of Michael’s signature poses.

Also in attendance were Jackie, Marlon, and Jermaine Jackson, along with Jermaine’s sons Jaafar and Jermajesty and Randy Jackson Jr.

Michael is set to arrive in theaters on April 24. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film follows the singer’s rise across multiple stages of his career.

In addition to Jaafar, the project also stars Miles Teller as John Branca, Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson, Nia Long as Katherine Jackson, and Kat Graham as Diana Ross.
