KANDI BURRUSS ACCUSES TODD TUCKER OF NOT SPENDING TIME WITH THEIR KIDS AMID ONGOING DIVORCE

Kandi Burruss is calling out her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, accusing him of playing dad for the camera while spending little real time with their kids behind the scenes.

According to new court filings obtained amid the couple’s ongoing divorce, Burruss said Tucker’s frequent social media posts with their children, Ace and Blaze, paint a misleading picture. While Tucker often shares clips of himself with the kids online, Burruss said those moments are short and staged.

“Tucker does not exercise parenting time with the minor children on a significant basis despite the façade of his two-to-three-minute social media videos chronicling his ‘Daddy Daycare’ on his social media platforms,” Burruss stated in the filing.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star also said Tucker interfered with her parenting time during the Christmas holiday.

According to her attorney, he attempted to prevent the children from traveling to New York for a planned visit, even though Burruss had already paid for the trip and provided advance notice.

Burruss also addressed financial matters in the filing. She said the children have “significant monthly expenses,” including costs for childcare, school tuition, extracurricular activities, birthday celebrations, travel, medical bills and daily needs.

She claimed Tucker hasn’t contributed to those expenses, despite being self-employed and financially able to do so.

Tucker has denied Burruss’ accusations in separate filings and opposed a request to seal the case, arguing that she has already discussed the divorce publicly.

“[Burruss] has engaged in a public press tour, including making statements directly and through her agents to multiple media outlets,” his motion reads. “Having voluntarily placed the proceedings into the public domain, [Burruss] cannot now credibly claim that sealing the case is necessary.”

Tucker’s attorney declined to comment further, saying the matter should be settled in court.

Burruss filed for divorce in November 2025 after 11 years of marriage. A judge has not yet ruled on custody or child support.
