On Christmas Day, North added a post to her new Instagram account. The 12-year-old showed off her latest vibe: long blue hair, a white outfit from head to toe, with white sneakers to match.
The carousel of images felt relaxed — like a preteen just having fun, playing around with different looks, and figuring out what feels right in the moment.
The standout detail? Her sparkling grills. North showed off pointed, diamond-like pieces covering both her top and bottom teeth, adding an extra edge to the festive photos. She kept the caption simple, writing only a single drop of water.
And as you would expect, the social media court of opinion weighed in, especially since this isn’t the first style experiment that North has shared lately.
Earlier this month, the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West showed off bleached eyebrows in a new TikTok clips, giving fans another glimpse into her ever-evolving style.
One post featured the caption, “Enjoy your lifeeee,” as North modeled her new look.
The preteen also popped up in various other clips with her bleached eyebrows that feature her friends and the SKIMS founder.

North has been having fun experimenting and figuring out her style in the moment. Back in October, she drew harsh attention after posting videos where she tried out faux face tattoos, a nose ring, and grills.
Some viewers expressed concern over her appearance, with one comment reading, “How about go be a kid,” while another added, “She’s 12 years old by the way.” The shared Kim and North TikTok account responded simply, writing, “this is such a non-issue.”
More recently, North drew attention again after stepping out in Italy with what appeared to be a dermal piercing on her finger. According to Byrdie, dermal piercings sit flat against the skin and do not require an entry and exit point like traditional piercings.
As online commentary continued, one TikTok user posted a video saying, “north west getting a finger piercing is breaking my heart just me?” The official Kim and North account responded calmly: “it’s okay.”
