NORTH WEST CLAPS BACK AT COMMENTS ABOUT HER DERMAL FINGER PIERCING

North West isn’t letting the internet get under her skin. The 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took to TikTok on Tuesday to respond to criticism about her dermal finger piercing.

IIn the clip, North lip-syncs to the popular audio, “Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together.”

She also added her own caption aimed directly at the people questioning her decision to pierce her finger. “This is for everyone that’s mad over a finger piercing,” she wrote, making her stance very clear.

The piercing first made headlines in September when North was photographed in Rome with her mom. The microdermal jewelry, placed on her middle finger, immediately sparked discussion across social platforms.

Some users questioned whether the look was too mature, while others argued that North should be free to express herself through fashion and style the same way she always has.

Kim has previously opened up about North’s approach to style. During an October 15 appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the SKIMS founder shared that her daughter doesn’t let outside opinions influence how she expresses herself.

“She’s really mature in one sense where she’ll be like, ‘Mom, I saw this and I don’t really care that they don’t like my blue hair or this or that,’” Kim explained. “She’s really confident…”

The reality star also opened up about the learning curve that comes with raising a preteen, especially one growing up in the spotlight.

She admitted she has made missteps along the way and asked for “a little bit of grace” as she figures things out in real time. “I’m like, okay, we’re never wearing that again. Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world,” Kim said. “As a mom, you’re kind of learning at the same time.”
