Deiondra Sanders is speaking out after Jacquees’ recent message on X led fans to question their co-parenting dynamic.
On Monday, the singer posted, “Women should go to jail for keeping fathers away from their kids,” a comment that spread quickly and had social media wondering whether he was referring to his own situation.
Shortly after, Deiondra took to Instagram Stories to address the speculation. She told followers she has never stopped Jacquees from seeing their son. “Yall gone stop playing with me. One thing I’m not is bitter keeping anyone from they son. I’m not speaking on this anymore,” she wrote.
She also shared receipts to support her message. Deiondra posted photos and videos showing Jacquees with their baby boy, Snow. One picture showed Snow bundled in his stroller with the caption, “His daddy sent me this picture.” Another clip featured the toddler playing at Jacquees’ home. She followed it with a video from a car ride, where Snow could be heard giggling in the backseat.
Deiondra and Jacquees welcomed Snow earlier this year and came together in October for his dedication ceremony.
At the time, Deiondra reflected on the moment, writing, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord ALWAYS. This past weekend we dedicated Snow to God’s hands and plan. It was such a special moment for me knowing that God gave me this blessing. It was only right to dedicate him back. A day full of prayers, love, and faith as we dedicated our sweet Snow.”
Jacquees also shared a message from the ceremony, adding, “Huge s/o to Pd @dhariusdaniels & @thechangechurch for the blessings. GOD IS GOOD! My baby protected forever! #SNOW.”
The dedication was the last time the family appeared publicly together. Deiondra’s latest posts now make it clear that, despite the online chatter, she is not keeping Snow away from his father.
