Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade went all out to celebrate their daughter Kaavia James’ golden 7th birthday.
Over the weekend, the proud parents brought together close family and friends for a Hello Kitty–themed bash at Glowz Vibe in Los Angeles.
On Instagram, the Wades shared a look inside the festivities, posting clips and photos that showed Kaavia all smiles as she took in every moment of the party.
In one picture, the birthday girl looked adorable in a metallic pink pleated jumpsuit and gold sandals while posing in front of a custom “Happy Birthday Kaavia” backdrop with her parents and big sister Zaya. Another sweet snapshot showed Dwyane lifting her into the air as she laughed.
“Not lucky, but blessed #Year7. Special thank you to the world’s best aunties @t_to_the_u & @drellm for another year to remember,” the family captioned the post.
Kaavia officially turned seven on November 7.
Taking to instagram on her special day, Gabrielle union shared a touching tribute to their birthday girl, writing, “Kaavia James Union Wade where do we even begin and where has the time gone? It’s your golden 7th birthday and every bit of you from head to toe shines just as bright. From the moment we knew you were coming, all we could do was imagine who you’d look like, how you’d sound, what your personality would be, and baby you have not disappointed. At all.”
Union concluded, “Thank you for choosing us to be your parents and for gracing the world with your presence. You’ve been a gift to us every step of the way and today we get to gift you in return. HAPPY (GOLDEN) 7TH BIRTHDAY QUEEN KAAVIA!!!”
