Kevin Hart had an eventful weekend celebrating his oldest son, Hendrix, who turned 18 on Saturday, November 8. The teen enjoyed the day with dinner at a restaurant surrounded by his family and close friends.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Kevin shared a few photos from the outing, along with a loving message to his son.
“The big 18…. Woooooow. God has truly blessed me. I am nothing without my kids…. Doo I am beyond proud of you son. Such an amazing man you are. A great son/brother/nephew/friend ….. you make us all proud …. We love u so damn much kid. The sky is the limit for you… Keep going KING!!!!!! My right hand man for life!!!!! Love u son…. Happy B Day,” he wrote.
In one shot, the actor is seen posing beside Hendrix and his younger son, Kenzo, outside of the restaurant venue.
In another family snapshot, Kevin, his wife Eniko, and kids Hendrix, Heaven, Kenzo, and Kaori can be seen smiling together, giving fans a glimpse of the Harts’ close family bond.
However, fans couldn’t help but notice Hendrix’s height in the photos. Many commented on how tall he’s gotten, with one user writing, “That’s Kevin’s twin — just a lil taller.”
Actor Jaleel White also joined in on the fun, commenting, “Kev is still the Biggest Hart but Du is most certainly the Tallest. Happy 18th 🥂.”
Eniko Hart also posted a sweet tribute of her own. “Happy birthday du! 18 is truly a big deal, we are ALL so proud of the young man that you’re becoming,” she wrote. “You’ve grown into someone so amazing! This is just the beginning of your incredible journey. Keep shining, keep dreaming, and most importantly keep being YOU! We LOVE YOU!”
Kevin shares Hendrix and daughter Heaven with his ex-wife Torrei Hart. He and Eniko are also parents to son Kenzo and daughter Kaori.
