Messiah Ya’Majesty Harris, the eldest son of rapper T.I., is enjoying fatherhood.
In sweet photos, the proud papa can be seen doting on his daughter, whom he welcomed earlier this year with his girlfriend Felicity.
Other snapshots show the little one looking as cute as can be while dressed in the cutest outfits, complete with playful accessories like a bow headband and flower clip
Messiah’s baby girl is T.I.’s fourth grandchild. The rapper first became a grandfather in 2020 when his stepdaughter Zonnique Pullins welcomed a daughter. His second-eldest son, Domani, later celebrated the arrival of his own baby girl, and in November 2024, his son King welcomed a son, King Harris Jr.
Messiah, who was born on Feb. 2, 2000, during T.I.’s relationship with Lashon Dixon, has long been credited by his father for changing the course of his life. “I accredit you for changing my life son…and for that… I THANK YOU!!!” T.I. wrote in a 2019 birthday tribute.
Now, Messiah is experiencing a new journey as a parent.
He is also pursuing his career in entertainment. Performing under the name Buddy Red, he released the single “You Know” in 2023 after making his live debut the year before. He has also appeared in films such as The Products of the American Ghetto and Sons 2 the Grave.
In an interview on The Portia Show, Red explained that his path in music started with making beats, but it was picking up the guitar at 18 that pushed him to think “bigger.”
Inspired after watching the 2018 Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, he began carving out a sound rooted in blues.
Messiah also spoke about learning to step outside of his father’s shadow, something he had already started to confront while appearing on VH1’s T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.
“A lot of people got the sense that, you know, I shied away from the spotlight, and it was more so because I didn’t really know myself yet,” he said. “A lot of people look at me and they think they know me because they know my father.”
