MARQUES HOUSTON TWINS WITH HIS SON IN SWEET PHOTOS

Marques Houston and his son Greyson made a stylish appearance at the Jehovah’s Witness Pure Worship Convention earlier this summer.

For the occasion, the 44-year-old singer and actor looked dapper in a blush double-breasted suit and tie, while his toddler son matched in a three-piece set complete with a bow tie, polka-dot shirt, and sneakers.

Outside the venue, the pair posed for several photos. In one shot, Greyson flashed a big smile for the cameras and even showed off his “dance move”.

Greyson, who will turn two this December, is growing up before fans’ eyes. Last year, Houston honored his little boy by putting him on the cover of his deluxe album The Best, Worst Year Ever.

“Time flies. The special and best part of the best worst year ever was my son Greyson being born. That’s why he’s on the album cover. Now look at him, he’s getting so big. He’ll be 1 next week. Crazy! Love you son. #ThenToNow Thanks for all the support on this album! I love and thank everyone who supported the album and documentary,” Houston wrote at the time.

Speaking to Essence in 2024, Houston revealed how much the project meant to him.

“This to me was a special project because I almost did not do the album. Chris Stokes and I sat and met about the album, and I had a lot of concerns about stepping back into music. I’m doing so much with my film company, running a business, writing, being a family man, being a father, being a husband, all of those things wrapped up into one. I was like, I don’t know if I can really give 110% to the music. But it was something I thought about, something I prayed about, and a lot of fans were like, we want some music, we want a tour.”

Houston and his wife Miya are parents to two children — daughter Zara, 3, and son Greyson, 1. And while the entertainer still wears many hats, from music to film production, he says family now comes first.

For Marques, family has become his top priority. “I think now I prioritize my family, being a husband, being a dad, I think that’s a top priority for me over business, over everything,” he tells Essence. “When I was younger, everything was about work, business. I still run companies, I still do music, I still do all that. But being a dad and a husband, that’s where I’m happiest.”
