Riley Curry is officially a teenager!
Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s oldest daughter turned 13 on July 19, and it’s hard to believe how quickly time has passed since she first charmed the world during her dad’s NBA press conferences.
In fact, her own mother can hardly believe it. Taking to instagram. Ayesha Curry shared a series of photos of her not-so-lettle girl on Instagram with the caption, “And just like that she’s THIRTEEN! Leaving it at that because @stephencurry30 and I are still processing. We love our Riley Roo.”
Born in 2012, Riley became an internet sensation in 2015 when she joined Steph at the podium during the NBA playoffs. Her unforgettable moments—like waving to reporters or playfully telling her dad he was “too loud”—instantly made her a fan favorite.
These days, Riley is making her own name outside of the spotlight. She plays competitive volleyball and recently competed at the Girls’ Junior National Championships in Kansas City with Academy Volleyball Club.
Ayesha and Steph, who’ve been married since 2011, share four children: Riley (13), Ryan (who just turned 10 on July 10), Canon (7), and baby Caius (14 months).
Earlier this month, the family also celebrated Canon’s 7th birthday on July 2 and Ryan’s 10th on July 10.
For Ryan, Ayesha wrote, “Our Chooks is 10 today. I can’t believe she’s double digits. Truly feels like we blinked and here we are. Always my baby girl. My Ryan. She’s as sweet as pie, smart, caring and sings like an angel. My heart is bursting with pride.”
And for Canon: “Our Canon Jack turned SEVEN today! 7?! I truly don’t know where the time goes. He is the most, passionate, empathetic and head strong human being I’ve ever met. I can’t believe God blessed me with the privilege of being his mama.”
