Kevin Hart arrived at the 2025 BET Awards with his wife, Eniko Hart, and his son, Hendrix Hart, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on June 9, 2025.
The comedian posed for photos with his wife and oldest son before preparing to host the awards show.
Kevin Hart, who previously emceed the BET Awards in 2011, is back as host for this year’s show, which will feature performances from Lil Wayne, Teyana Taylor, GloRilla, Playboi Carti, and Leon Thomas. Music icons Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, Kirk Franklin, and Jamie Foxx are set to receive the Ultimate Icon Award.

Meanwhile, Kevin Hart and Torrei Hart’s son, Hendrix, is making big moves both on and off the track.
The 17-year-old recently attended his junior prom, a proud moment his mom shared on social media.
“They grow up fast… Love them as hard as you can while you can!!!!! So proud of the man that you are becoming son!!!!! I love you… You both looked amazing #Harts,” Kevin wrote on Instagram.
Just weeks before prom, Hendrix made headlines by breaking his school record in track and field. Competing for Sierra Canyon School, he set a new benchmark in the 200-meter dash with an impressive time of 21.35 seconds.
He later advanced to the CIF-SS Track and Field Masters Meet Qualifiers at Moorpark High School on May 24, where he competed in the 200m event.
“So proud of you son @hennyshteez,” Torrei Hart wrote in another post celebrating Hendrix’s progress. “Staying focused and putting in that work. You got two PRs yesterday. Keep doing the work and you will get everything your heart desires. #proudmomma”
