Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious legal challenges, but his kids continue to stand firmly by his side.
On May 12, six of the music mogul’s seven children, along with his mother Janice Combs, appeared at the Federal District Courthouse in lower Manhattan for the final day of jury selection in his federal trial.
Christian “King” Combs, Justin Combs, Quincy Brown, Chance Combs, and twins Jessie and D’Lila Combs arrived together, walking into the courthouse hand in hand. Once inside, the family sat together in the second row of the courtroom.
Diddy acknowledged his family as he entered, waving in their direction before embracing each of his attorneys. Once seated, he turned back to his children and mother, blowing them a kiss.
The disgraced music mogul was arrested in September 2024 on federal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, including those later added in superseding indictments.
His children have shown their support not only through court appearances but also publicly. In October 2024, they released a joint statement affirming their unity during a turbulent time.
“The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family.”
They ended the message with, “WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”
Combs shares 19-year-old Chance with ex Sarah Chapman and is also father to Christian, 27, and twins Jessie and D’Lila, 17, with his late ex Kim Porter. Quincy, 32, is Porter’s son from a previous relationship, whom Combs helped raise. Justin, 30, is his son with stylist Misa Hylton.
