Congratulations are in order for Giannis Antetokounmpo and his wife, Mariah, as they welcome baby number four, a baby girl named Aria Capri.
The Milwaukee Bucks star shared the exciting news in a joint Instagram post featuring a sweet photo of their newborn daughter swaddled in her bassinet, wearing an adorable bow beanie cap.
The image was merely captioned, “Aria Capri,” with a simple yellow heart.
As expected, the comments section quickly filled with well-wishes and congratulations for the growing family of six.
“Giannis done made his starting 5,” one Instagram user wrote.
Another said, “Congratulations. She’s adorable. She has her dad whole face.”
“She knew poppa was in need of another blessing & motivation. wow what divine timing! this is truly winning it all,” a third wrote, referencing the potential trade talk surrounding Antetokounmpo.
The NBA champ first revealed that he and Mariah were expecting in December 2024, shortly after the Milwaukee Bucks won their second Emirates NBA Cup against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
In a post-game interview clip, Antetokounmpo shared with the media that the money earned from the win was “… money’s already gone.”
“I just got married, [and] my wife’s a little bit needy, so I might have to get a gift. It’s Christmas,” Antetokounmpo said in a video shared on the official NBA Instagram account. “I have also three kids. I got to go Christmas shopping. And, I have a kid on the way. You know, diapers are expensive. So, the money’s already gone. The money’s already gone. You know, I got the money today, and the money’s already gone.”
In addition to baby Aria, Antetokounmpo and Mariah share three additional children: Eva, 19 months, and sons Maverick, 3, and Liam, 5.
Congratulations to the Antetokounmpo family. We cannot wait to see more pics of Aria and her siblings!
