Boosie Badazz is a dad again!
The rapper, 42, and his fiancée Rajel Nelson have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Sevyn. Boosie announced the news on Instagram with a video, where he shared his reaction to becoming a father again.
“Man, I am daddy again. My daughter is so beautiful. I got a baby dawg. I can’t stop crying,” he said in the clip. He captioned the post, “SO HAPPY TO BE A DAD AGAIN ❤️ GOD HAS BEEN SO GOOD TO ME 🙏🏽 BEST FEELING N THE WORLD.”

Earlier this month, the couple hosted a baby shower in anticipation of Sevyn’s arrival. Themed “Showering Sevyn,” the celebration featured gold and black décor, with Boosie and Rajel dressed in matching gold and yellow outfits for the occasion.
Rajel took to Instagram to mark the special day, writing:“Today we celebrated our precious baby girl, Sevyn. Words could never fully express how deeply we love you. You’ve brought so much light into our lives, and I’m so grateful for every moment with you. I look forward to this beautiful new chapter hand in hand, heart to heart, forever with you.”
Sevyn is Boosie’s ninth child and his first with Rajel. The couple got engaged in November 2023 and just a year later, they revealed they were expecting a girl during Boosie’s 42nd birthday celebration on November 14.
Boosie, born Torrence Hatch, is also the father of Ivy Ray, Lyric Beyonce, Toriana, Iviona, Michael Jordan, Tarlaysia, Torrance Jr., and Laila Jean.
