Madonna celebrated Easter weekend surrounded by her children, boyfriend Akeem Morris, close friends, and plenty of festive fun.
The music icon shared a carousel of moments from the weekend on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse into her holiday celebration.
In the caption, she wrote, “Easter weekend looked like……..Spending time with friends and family, Watching Chelsea lose to Legia Warszawa. and seeing an Incredible Artist named @selfesteemselfesteem perform!!”
It was clear that the 66-year-old’s Easter wasn’t all about bunnies and chocolate. Instead, she enjoyed a more global, culturally rich celebration while spending time in the U.K.

She’s a proud mom of six—Lourdes, Rocco, David Banda, Mercy James, and 12-year-old twins Stella and Estere. David, Mercy, and the twins were adopted from Malawi, a place that holds a very special spot in her heart.
In March, the “La Isla Bonita” singer spoke to People Magazine about her return with her twins to the African country for the first time in eight years. “The girls have a lot of empathy for vulnerable children in need of life-saving medical care and they are very grateful to be living in a country where medical care is readily available for people,” she told the outlet.
She added, “We are so much closer because we have a common goal, and that is making Malawi a better country for kids to grow up.”

When she’s not traveling, Madonna is all about family—cheering at soccer games, attending art shows, and showing up for her kids in every way possible.
In a now-deleted Instagram post from the holidays, she shared a simple but powerful message:
“We are born into families and we create our own.”
