Ninety Day Fiance franchise stars Bilal Hazziez and Shaeeda Sween welcomed their rainbow baby boy, Ayaan, to the world on December 14, 2024.
The excitement surrounding Ayaan’s birth has now morphed into criticism of Sween as the Social Mediasphere is criticizing her for sharing an “inappropriate” picture of her son in her Instagram stories.

Sween posted a picture of her baby on a hospital bed, unsupported by an adult, with the caption, “Yeah he gain his birth weight back and his circumcision is cured,” followed by a clapping hand emoji. Well, the court of public opinion was extremely upset by the post and didn’t hold back on Reddit.
One Reddit user, @chipmunk-Lost, reposted the image on the social media network, captioning it, “really f**ng weird.”
Another commenter wrote, “grossly inappropriate!”
Another showed concern pointing out that the baby was unattended on the bed, “I don’t care if they ‘can’t roll yet’ that will be the day they do!”
One Reddit user pointed out the sign above Ayaan’s head which reads, NOTICE For the safety of all children, please KEEP ONE HAND ON THE CHILD at all times when on the exam table.
@Icy-Replacement6338 started a pretty brutal thread with the comment, “Gotta love the sign in the background that she’s completely ignoring too…”
If you are a fan of the franchise, then you know that Shaeeda and Bilal started their tumultuous roller coaster ride through life three years ago with her arrival, their marriage, and parenthood journey. On season 9 of the show, Shaeeda and Bilal started the parenthood debate in regards to expanding their family.
“I have been trying to have this conversation with Bilal, but it’s always on deaf ears,” the 40-year-old new mother said in a November 2022 episode. “Every time I blink my eyes, I hear tick-tock. I feel as if I continue to wait, I could wait a lifetime.”
Back then, the 46-year-old did not want additional children as he is also father to two other children from a previous relationship. Yet, fast-forward and during a reunion show of the spin off, Happily Ever After, Bilal revealed that he had rethought having more children saying, “When it comes to having children, I just realized, like, how much it’d mean to her.”
