The condition has taken a toll, often leaving Jackson reliant on IV treatments to manage her dehydration and nausea. She’s also faced food aversions, which have made protein shakes a vital part of her diet. “I drink them because certain foods I just can’t eat. I’ll throw them up,” she explained.
