Is really Glorilla pregnant?
On Wednesday, October 23, the rapper sent fans into a frenzy when she posted a series of photos showing off what appeared to be a baby bump.
The rapper was seen in a cream bodysuit, standing in her bedroom with one hand on her belly and a beaming smile. Despite the telling visuals, GloRilla kept things mysterious by not adding a caption to the photos.
However, she took to her Instagram Story to give fans a cheeky update, writing, “Was so sick of hiding and sucking my stomach in, lol.”
As convincing as the baby bump may seem, most of GloRilla’s fans weren’t buying it. Comments from her supporters quickly poured in, with many questioning whether the rapper was truly pregnant.
Fellow rapper Latto weighed in, writing, “Gloria gone on,” while another fan added, “You play all day. you would be pretty pregnant tho.”
So, is GloRilla pregnant, or is she simply having fun with her followers? The general consensus seems to lean towards the latter. After all, recent posts showed no sign of a baby bump, which leaves fans skeptical about the sudden reveal.
Adding to the doubt is the fact that GloRilla has openly expressed her views on pregnancy in the past.
Just days before the baby bump reveal, GloRilla, who released her debut album Glorious on October 11, shared her thoughts on motherhood during an interview with Charlamagne Tha God on his show Out of Context.
“I do want to have kids, but not my own kids,” she said. “I wanna do the surrogate. I want somebody else to have my baby. I want them to have my DNA, but I don’t want to have it. I just don’t want to actually have a baby. All of my friends got kids and they’re restricted a lot when they’re pregnant. [Nine months] is too long.”
With these comments fresh in fans’ minds, it seems unlikely that GloRilla is truly expecting.
