Get ready, music fans! John Legend is making his much-anticipated return as a Coach on The Voice for Season 27, set to premiere in spring 2025.
To celebrate the news, the “All of Me” crooner took to Instagram to share an adorable snapshot on Instagram featuring all four of his children on the iconic Voice set.
In the photo, Legend is seated in the famous chair, surrounded by his little ones: Luna (8), Miles (6), Esti (20 months), and Wren (15 months).
He captioned, “My first 4-baby chair pic! Back at The Voice taping Season 27!”
For John Legend, balancing work and family is essential. He previously shared with NBC Insider that having a consistent and local schedule while working on The Voice allows him to spend quality time with his kids.
“I also love that, you know, I live here in Los Angeles, I have four kids,” he said, adding, “It’s nice to work at home, basically, you know? And [it’s nice toto] be able to take my kids to school in the morning and then go to work.”
Legend, who shares his four children with wife Chrissy Teigen, recently opened up about his son Miles’ recent diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes.
“We’re so fortunate to have the folks at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and health professionals at our school and just a wonderful team to help us,” the My Favorite Dream singer says. “It’s really important for families when they’re going through medical challenges to have that support system.”
Understanding the importance of community, it’s no surprise that the EGOT winner is deeply involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
“Ronald McDonald House Charities have been doing amazing work for 50 years, and I’ve been able to witness firsthand how meaningful the work is for families who are going through medical issues with their young ones,” Legend explained to People.
Mark your calendars and tune in to The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC, or catch up the next day on Peacock.
