Joie Chavis has taken to Instagram to share the first adorable photos of her newborn daughter, Harlo Rose, with NFL star Trevon Diggs.
Captured by photographer Patty Othon, the sweet images feature little Harlo posing in different positions while sleeping peacefully.
Chavis simply wrote under the photos: “My sweet girl, Harlo Rose.”
Joie and Trevon announced the arrival of their first child together in August.
Chavis shared the news through Instagram Stories, featuring a compilation of FaceTime calls where she revealed their baby girl to close friends and family. Her excitement was evident as she captioned the video with, “She’s hereeeeee.”
Joie first revealed her pregnancy back in March with an Instagram video that showcased her growing baby bump.
While she initially kept the identity of her baby’s father under wraps, she later confirmed in an April YouTube video that Trevon Diggs was indeed the father. Despite a brief split in July, the couple’s bond appeared strong at Joie’s baby shower, where they were seen sharing a sweet kiss.
Harlo is Joie’s third child; she also has a 13-year-old daughter, Shai Moss, with rapper Bow Wow, and a 5-year-old son, Hendrix Wilburn, with rapper Future.
In a previous YouTube vlog, Joie hinted at the possibility of having more children, saying, “I don’t know—it’s like I’m feeling like I don’t want to have any more kids after this, but I kind of want to try for one more like a boy or a girl.”
The entrepreneur has been open about addressing misconceptions surrounding her relationships with high-profile men.
In a 2021 interview, she refuted claims of being a “gold digger,” stating, “[Some people say], ‘Oh, she’s a gold digger,’ or ‘She’s just having these babies to secure a bag.’ I always have worked since I was 15 years old. I don’t know what it’s like to just not do anything. So, I think that’s the biggest misconception and it doesn’t bother me at all. The people that know me know, obviously, I’m much more than that.”
