CoComelon is a show that consistently finds new ways to engage and entertain toddlers while promoting learning.
The latest addition to the CoComelon universe is CoComelon Classroom, where Hollywood star Keke Palmer is set to join the regular cast, bringing even more fun and joy to young audiences.
According to a press release, CoComelon Classroom, will blend animation with live action, “bringing to life the wholesome world and characters of CoComelon.”
Additionally the press release stated that, “Little ones will love the show’s fun activities and catchy music, while parents can feel confident about its special focus on English-language early learning.”
Leading the action on the new series is real life educator and 2021 teacher of the year, Juliana Urtubey. Urtubey will bring the classroom to life on the series as Ms. Appleberry.
Urtubey tells People Magazine in an exclusive interview about the upcoming show that she “… really think[s] that it’ll be something that’s delightful for children.”
“[CoComelon Classroom] is designed to really move at the pace a little one needs to move at,” she explained. “It’s designed for them to feel a deep connection, a deep warmth in the classroom. Ideally, families will get to watch this together and interact and do the imaginative play together.”
Urtubey continued in her interview, “I really think that it’ll be something that’s delightful for children, for them to expand their curiosity, expand their learning, and really hit some of those really important early learning milestones that children need to hit and a way that they don’t even know they’re learning.”
Palmer will be the first of many celebrities to join in the fun and is truly excited about the opportunity.
“We love CoComelon in my home, so I was so very excited to get inside the CoComelon Classroom,” the 31-year-old actress said in a statement. “I love laughing, singing, and playing with my son as we learn and when we watch CoComelon I can feel how much thought and care goes into each learning lesson. I can’t wait to watch this episode with my son – we’ll definitely be singing along with Ms. Appleberry!”
It sounds as if the Nope actress and her one-year-old son, Leo, are unquestionably in for a special treat! Palmer shares her son, Leodis “Leo” Andrellton Jackson, with ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson.
