Congratulations are in order for Brittany and Patrick Mahomes. They recently revealed that they are going to add another baby girl to the family.
In a joint Instagram post, the adorable couple shared an Instagram reel of their gender reveal party and there was pink smoke all around.
“Baby Mahomes #3 is a….,” the duo captioned the reel of their party. In addition to them telling the world their baby number 3’s gender, the reel also features Kansas City Chief’s quarterback and his wife playing a tic-tac-toe and other fun things with their two children: daughter Sterling Skye Mahomes, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 19 months.
About a week ago, the Superbowl Champion joked with reporters during a training camp press conference about managing his numerous responsibilities with a growing family. Mahomes laughed, telling reporters that after the birth of baby number three, “I’m done. I’ll say that. I said three and I’m done.”
The 28-year-old father goes on to admit that, for him, being a father is “awesome.”
“I always wanted to have kids young,” he said. “I got to grow up in the locker room, I think I’ve talked about it before — it made such an impact in my life, so I wanted to have kids young.”
Patrick and Brittany started their relationship in their in high school. At the time, he was a sophomore and she was a junior at Whitehouse High School, located seven miles north of Tyler, Texas. After a decade together, they exchanged vows and were married on March 12, 2022, in Maui, Hawaii.
Congratulations, to the soon-to-be family of five! We cannot wait to see first pics of the new addition.
