If you aren’t familiar with the upcoming movie starring the adventurous squirrel from Texas, Sandy Cheeks, keep reading for a brief synopsis of the action, according to JustJaredJr.com.
The Sandy Cheeks movie will premiere on August 2, 2024 and will pick up with Bikini Bottom and all its denizens are suddenly scooped out of the ocean. Sandy Cheeks and SpongeBob SquarePants journey to Texas to save the town from a villainous plot.
Per JustJaredJr.com the cast will include: Carolyn Lawrence, reprising her voice role as Sandy, Tom Kenny as SpongeBob, Clancy Brown as Mr Krabs, Bill Fagerbakke as Patrick, Mr. Lawrence as Plankton, and Rodger Bumpass as Squidward, plus Wanda Sykes, Johnny Knoxville, Craig Robinson, Grey DeLisle, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino and Matty Cardarople join the cast.
If you have been following our reports on this year’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024, then you know that this year’s awards will feature a special tribute to SpongeBob SquarePants, honoring the landmark anniversary of the series.
And as you may expect, SpongeBob and his sidekick, Patrick Starfish will be hosting tonight’s event!
In addition to the hosting duties of the lead characters of the beloved show, tonight’s awards will also feature show elements honoring the long-standing series. The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 will air live on TONIGHT at 8 PM ET/PT from the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles, CA.
