Sofia Richie Grainge is sharing some memorable moments of her new beauty on social media. The 25-year-old shares adorable new pics of daughter, Eloise Samantha Grainge.
Sofia Richie Grainge and her husband, 30-year-old, British record executive, Elliot Grainge, welcomed their first child to the world on May 20, 2024. Richie Grainge announced Eloise’s birth on Instagram, captioning the post, “Eloise Samantha Grainge 5•20•24 best day of my life.”
Although we don’t see Eloise’s face as of yet, we can definitely tell that she is a fashionista in the making just like her mother.
The name “Samantha” holds special significance for the couple, honoring Elliot’s late mother, Samantha Berg, who passed away in 2007 after complications during childbirth.
Richie Grainge and her husband tied the knot in April of 2023. The model took to Instagram to celebrate her one year anniversary.
“1 year ago today! I want to marry you a million times over again, @elliotgrainge.”
The 25-year-old daughter of Lionel Richie and Diane Alexander shared her pregnancy journey in a candid interview with Vogue Magazine. She recounted discovering her pregnancy very early on during a trip to Milan for fashion week, where she initially mistook her symptoms for jet lag.
“I found out very, very early,” she told the outlet exclusively. “I was about four weeks pregnant. I was on a trip to Milan for fashion week, and I was going to the Prada show. I was doing a really quick 24-hour turnaround, and I felt terrible but didn’t think much of it. I thought it was jet lag.”
Initially the mother-of-one kept her pregnancy private to “protect” her space.
“I’ve learned more in the past six months than I have in my entire life,” Richie told Vogue at the time. “Pregnancy is really scary and you want to protect that space. I didn’t realize there are so many milestones you have to hit and so many tests you have to take. For me, it was really important to protect our mental health and our space as a couple.”
We cannot wait to see the fist pics of baby Eloise’s face. We have a feeling that she is beyond precious!
