Draya Michele has shared the first glimpse of her newborn baby girl, whom she shares with her partner, NBA star Jalen Green.
Michele took to Instagram On Monday to post a series of snapshots of her toting around her precious bundle of joy. She simply captioned the post, “I had a baby yall. Earth is wild.”
Last week, Michele and Green were spotted out and about with their baby girl in West Hollywood. TMZ caught up with the couple during their outing, and Michele opened up about her postpartum journey and life as a new mom.
When asked about her impressive post-baby bounce-back, the new mom credited breastfeeding for keeping her in shape.
She also mentioned that their newborn is a well-behaved baby, which has allowed them to get plenty of rest. “She’s a good baby. We are well-rested,” Michele said.
As for whether they will be overprotective parents, Michele playfully responded, “It’s our first girl, we will see.”
As they navigate parenthood together, Michele and Green are excited about this new chapter in their relationship.
Addressing public curiosity about their dynamic, Michele shrugged off critics of their 17-year age gap, stating firmly, “I don’t know what people’s problem is. Two adults being in love, I don’t know why that would rub people the wrong way. It’s kind of weird. Love is love at the end of the day.”
The 39-year-old revealed that they actively avoid social media to steer clear of the harsh comments. “We try to stay off the internet and not listen to that kind of stuff. We block it out and mind our business.”
Green,22, echoed her sentiments, adding, “We also don’t care.”
The couple, who have been romantically linked since August 2023, share only one child together. Michele is also a proud mother to two kids from previous relationships: Kniko, 22, and Jru, 8. Jalen recently welcomed another baby girl in February.
