Blac Chyna, real name Angela White, was honored at the 2nd Annual I Love Myself Festival at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza on May 19, 2024.
With her son King Cairo Stevenson and daughter Dream Kardashian by her side, Chyna received the prestigious Transformation Award, honoring her remarkable journey of personal growth.
Taking to Instagram, Chyna shared a message about how much the festival “touched her heart”.
“Thank you so much to the City of Los Angeles for the incredible honor at the ‘I Love Myself Festival.’ This was such a special moment for me, and I am deeply grateful for the recognition. God has truly been showing out in my life, and I am filled with joy and gratitude,” she expressed.
She continued, “To be acknowledged in this way is not just a testament to my efforts, but also a reminder of the support and love that surround me. This festival has touched my heart in ways I can’t fully express, and I am overwhelmed with happiness and excitement. I am humbled by this experience and by the opportunity to share my journey with all of you. Your support means the world to me, and I am forever grateful for the love and encouragement I have received.”
One of the most memorable moments of the festival was when Chyna danced with her daughter, Dream, eliciting cheers from fans.
“Thank you, Los Angeles, for this unforgettable moment,” she concluded. I will carry this memory with me always, and it will continue to inspire me on my path forward.”
The I Love Myself Festival, organized by the LA County Department of Mental Health and Project Pitt, celebrates individuals making a positive impact on the South LA community. This year, honorees included singer Omarion, comedian Pretty Vee, and TV personality Angela White, among others.
