Amara La Negra, along with her twins and parents, took over Desiguales.tv on Mother’s Day. During a recent interview on the popular Univision talk show for, the multi-faceted entertainer and businesswoman shared some truly heartwarming moments.
Amara La Negra, whose real name Diana Danelys De Los Santos, posted a carousel of images on Instagram of her and her family’s time on the show.
In a bilingual caption, she let everyone know that being on the Mother’s Day special was indeed a “special moment” for her.

Additionally, Amara La Negra had everyone in tears as she gave a profound thank you to her mother. The moment was captured in a reel shared on Instagram by not only Amara La Negra herself, but by Univision and Desiguales.tv.
“Thank you Mami and Papi for being present. Thank you Mami, I love you, and I love you too, Papi. I am so thankful for this moment because the truth is, family is everything,” Amara said in the reel.
She continued, “I want to thank you Mami for all of the sacrifices that you made for me because only you and I know. Sometimes when one talks about the moments that they have lived, cleaning houses, selling flowers, in the street, and people don’t believe you because they only see the finished version and they don’t know the process. And I want to thank you, [Mami], for all of the sacrifices that you made. Because today, as a mother, I understand you more than ever.”
In another clip, Amara La Negra got extremely personal sharing that her mother considered aborting her.
However, with the intervention of others and her mother’s strong faith, she continued with the pregnancy and gave birth to her only child.
As mentioned, the Dominican beauty is also a mother. Amara La Negra is mother to twin daughters, Sumajestad Royalty and Sualteza Empress with whom she shares with Dominican real estate broker, Allan Mueses.
