After losing full-custody of her 10-month-old son to Los Angeles Lakers’ Christian Wood, Yasmine Lopez has now been awarded 3-hours per week supervised visitation with her baby boy.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the mother-of-two and Fashion Nova ambassador can spend up to one hour, three times a week, with her son.
As a condition of the arrangement, Lopez must spend her time with and a court-appointed monitor and not her ex-boyfriend, as a result of the previously alleged vandalism and trespassing charges that were filed against Lopez by Wood.
Lopez still must remain at least 100 yards away from Wood as the previously granted in the 3-year restraining order, as it is still in affect.
Additionally, the Instagram influencer will not be able to travel with her son without the court’s permission and must pay for a 52-week batterer intervention program.
Wood asked the court to grant him sole-custody of his son. As Lopez did not show up to court to tell her side of the story to fight the petition, the court ruled in an uncontested favor against Lopez, granting Wood sole-custody.
“The responding party was given notice and an opportunity to be heard, as provided by the laws of the State of California. There are no calls, check-ins, or appearances by or on behalf of the Respondent,” the order read.
In terms of her 3-hour per week visits with her son, per the court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Lopez will visit Kobe at Wood’s Beverly Hills home and“[Lopez] shall arrive and leave after the visit concludes peacefully.”
In addition to Kobe, Lopez is also mother to son, now, four-year-old Chosen, with whom she shares with Dallas Cowboys’, Trevon Diggs.
