Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict celebrated their daughter Cairo’s sixth birthday on May 5th with touching messages on social media.
Ahead of Cairo’s special day, Tia took to Instagram to express her heartfelt sentiments, sharing a tribute to her daughter.
She began, “Cairo is turning SIX soon! Six years ago, the world gained another ray of sunshine, and I gained my mini-me, my partner-in-crime, my twin in every way that matters. Your wit and charm light up every room, and your laughter is like music to my ears.As we celebrate another year of your incredible journey, I’m reminded of the countless ways you amaze me each day. ”
She continued, praising Cairo’s personality and predicting a bright future for her.
“Cairo, my love, mark my words, one day you’ll be making waves and leading with the same strength and grace that you carry today. As you blow out your candles, know that you’re not just my daughter, but my greatest inspiration and the very best part of me. Here’s to a year filled with laughter, love, and endless adventures together, my beautiful Cairo!”
Cory also joined in the celebration, posting a sweet message for Cairo on her birthday. “Happy Birthday to my Baby Cairo. The Big 6. I Love you Munchkin, My [world]. Daddy Gotchu baby…My reason. Everything I do I do for Youuuu,” he wrote.
Although Tia and Cory are no longer together romantically, they remain dedicated co-parents to Cairo and their older son, Cree Hardrict.
As Cree approaches his teenage years, Tia finds herself reflecting on parenthood and seeking advice from fellow parents. “Parenthood has this knack for making time slip through your fingers. Reflecting on what it means to be a mother and the journey of parenthood as they grow older,” she shared.
