Speculation ran rampant, with some users even spreading unfounded rumors alleging that Sir Carter has a disability that prevents him from attending events.
While the whereabouts of Sir Carter remains a mystery, JAY-Z was photographed enjoying the Super Bowl festivities alongside his girls. In a candid moment captured on camera, the proud papa was seen snapping photos of his eldest daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
I’m pretty sure Sir Carter has a disability. I saw that somewhere. And that’s why he doesn’t be out in public with the other children

The 12-year-old commanded the camera, striking pose after pose, as her father dutifully captured her every movement. In one shot, Blue jumped up in the air with her arms and legs flailing about, reminiscent of the same shot she took at the 2020 Super Bowl.
In another viral moment, Blue Ivy shared a tender moment with Rumi as she lovingly wiped something off her little sister’s face.
For the outing, Blue rocked a leather-trimmed graphic bomber jacket by Off-White, paired with Nike Dunk Low sneakers. Meanwhile, 6-year-old Rumi sported a stylish ensemble featuring a Givenchy bomber jacket, a pleated skirt, and leather booties.
JAY-Z shares his three children, Blue Ivy and twins Rumi and Sir, with singer Beyoncé, who kept a low-key profile at the game.
Prior to their Super Bowl outing, Blue and her parents made a splash at the 66th Grammy Awards, where JAY-Z was honored with the 2nd annual Dr. Dre Global Impact Award.
