Congratulations are in order for The Ultimatum’s Treyvon “Trey” Brunson and Jeriah “Riah” Nelson. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Lailanni Brunson, on December 29, 2023.
Earlier today, Trey and Riah shared videos and images of their new addition to the family on social media.
“Lailanni Brunson 6lbs 10oz 12/29/2023, ” the pair began their post.
“SOOOOOOO IN LOVE! This has been an amazing journey for us. Seeing our little one come into the world healthy was the perfect way to end 2023,” they continued.
The post concluded, “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart. Can’t wait to experience all of this next chapter.”
Trey and Riah, who sealed their relationship with marriage on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, captivated audiences with their love story. The couple had been together for two years before facing the ultimatum, and to everyone’s surprise, they chose to commit to each other. Since then, they have been happily married.
The fan favorite couple first announced that they were expecting in September of 2023 with a social media post that showed an ultrasound, baby booties, a teddy-bear onsie, and a plume with a sign that read, “Baby Brunson, January 5, 2024.”
The excited mother-to-be captioned her post, “Next Chapter: Motherhood. These past 5 months have been so sweet and special.”
The 25-year-old concluded, “From hearing your heartbeat to little flutters and kicks. We cannot wait to meet you.”
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, available for streaming on Netflix, is hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey and comes from the creators of Love is Blind. This reality show spans ten episodes, challenging six couples to test the strength of their relationships. Partners are temporarily separated and paired with new companions, with whom they cohabitate for three intense weeks. As the season unfolds, participants face the ultimatum: they could either become engaged, embark on a fresh journey with a new partner, or embrace their single status and open themselves up to new possibilities.
