Chrissy Teigen recently took to social media to celebrate a major milestone for her nine-month-old daughter, Esti. In an Instagram story, the 37-year-old mother of four posted a photo of Esti crawling for the first time.
“We’ve got a crawler and it is SO CUTE,” Teigen excitedly captioned the photo. “My other babies were scooters so this is so exciting for me!!”
The Cravings cookbook author shares all four of her children with multi-hyphenated entertainer John Legend. Earlier this summer, Teigen sat down with People Magazine to reveal the hardest part of parenting four children.
“For me, the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies, even though you might have your hands on the babies a lot more,” Teigen told the popular entertainment news magazine at the time.
She continued in her exclusive saying, “There’s a lot of diaper changing and feeding and it seems like you’re coddling these two little babies and they’re not getting enough. I was speaking with my therapist and I was like, ‘I’m having a hard time because I want to make sure that Miles and Luna feel like we still love them.’”
Teigen added, “I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved.”
Both Legend and Teigen are doing their utmost best to make all of their children feel special and loved.
A great example of this was just recently when the couple took their two eldest children, seven-year-old Luna and five-year-old Miles, on a special vacation right before school started.
For their back-to-school vacation, the foursome headed to the Berkshires for a last round of fun.
From what we see, it truly looks this is one duo that should be giving a master class in parenting multiples. And we are all definitely here for their journey!
In addition to Luna, Miles, and Esti. Teigen and the 44-year-old EGOT winner also share three-month-old son, Wren. We cannot wait to see Esti’s first steps and whether or not Wren will follow in his big sister’s footsteps…will he scoot or crawl? Only time will tell!
