Eric Benet, wife Manuela Testolini, and their kids Lucia and Amoura Benét hosted the 2023 “A World Of Good” annual gala on September 29, 2023 in Los Angeles, California.
The star-studded event, presented by the In a Perfect World Foundation, brought together a number of celebrities, including honorees Bobby Brown and his wife Alicia Etheredge.
Brown, the iconic singer behind hits like “Don’t Be Cruel” and a founding member of New Edition, and Etheredge were recognized at the gala for their exceptional work with the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House Foundation. This foundation, named after Bobby’s late daughter Bobbi Kristina, has been dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals in need.
For Bobby Brown, the recognition was not just an accolade; it was a heartfelt tribute to his beloved daughter’s memory.

[I’m grateful] that I could do something to help them out, to be there for them, to give them a safe haven in their time of need.”
