Blac Chyna has recently filed updated custody documents making some shocking allegations against rapper Tyga.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, is claiming that Tyga has been keeping their ten-year-old son, King, away from her for “weeks”.
In documents obtained by US Weekly, the 35-year-old stated that Tyga is in violation of their agreed upon 2014 custody arrangement.
White stated in her declaration, which was filed on October 2, that, “For example, in January of 2021, Respondent kept King for two of my consecutive weekends and did not communicate with me about his unilateral decision.”
Her statement in the filing continued, “It happened again the following month. I went weeks without seeing our son and I had no idea where he was. I felt powerless as I did not have Court Orders. While I considered judicial intervention, I knew that the media would not be kind and King would be directly harmed by his Father and I litigating in Court. I continued to keep quiet.”
Additionally, Angela White is also claiming that Tyga has “cut off all direct communication with her”.
“I am highly concerned that I do not know the whereabouts of our son and who is caring for him,” she stated. “I am requesting that the Court order [Tyga] and I communicate via [the app] OurFamilyWizard and to check the application every twenty-four (24) hours. [Tyga] and I shall also exchange our current contact information which shall be used for emergency purposes only. I also request that we share the information of all third-party caretakers who are watching our son.”
A source rebuts White’s communication allegations, telling People Magazine that, “She has a direct line of communication to King and can reach him any time. Tyga has paid for everything, from school to medical bills and for his everyday livelihood. He is very hands-on as a dad. She knows where Tyga lives.”
As if things would seem like they couldn’t get any worse, White is also alleging in the court filing that she doesn’t have access to crucial medical and school information for her son. She also believes that Tyga has enrolled her son in another school without her consent.
“As the Spring 2023 semester started, I stopped receiving all communications from the school. I have reason to believe that Respondent has now enrolled King into a new school and has refused to give me the information and failed to give the school my information.”
The mom of two also claims that she has had to sell off personal belongings in order to make ends meet for her and her kids.
White and Tyga only share one child, 10-year-old King. She is also mother to six-year-old Dream Kardashian, with whom she shares with Rob Kardashian.
