Blue Ivy Carter, accompanied by parents Beyonce and Jay-z, made a stunning appearance at her dad’s 20th Anniversary Black Tie Gala in New York City on Friday.
The 11-year-old wore a $695 A.L.C Delfina Matte Pleated Dress for the occasion, paired with Converse Chuck heels and a sparkling purse.
Fans on Twitter couldn’t help but marvel at how grown up Blue looked in her outfit.

Since its inception in 2003, the Shawn Carter Foundation has been on a mission to help low-income students achieve their dreams of higher education.. Every year, the foundation awards scholarships to more than 200 students across America who have talent and drive but due to mitigating circumstances do not qualify for support at other foundations and institutions.
At the heart of the Shawn Carter Foundation’s mission is the belief that talent and drive should never go unrecognized or unrewarded. Understanding that external factors can impact academic performance, the focus lies in supporting high school and college-age students who show promise but may not meet traditional scholarship eligibility requirements.
The foundation’s scholarship program offers a lifeline to students who have faced adversities such as growing up in single-parent households, navigating the foster care system, experiencing homelessness, or coping with family responsibilities at a young age. By providing financial aid and mentorship, the foundation enables these deserving individuals to pursue their dreams of higher education and break the cycle of limitations.
Together, Jay-Z and his mother, Gloris Carter, have created a foundation and program dedicated to aiding low-income students in achieving their educational aspirations. Their commitment to empowering the next generation demonstrates the power of using success to uplift others.
