Porsha Williams took to Instagram on Friday, April 21, to celebrate her daughter’s first-ever ballet recital. The reality star posted a video montage featuring Pilar Jhena McKinley in a pink tutu, dancing on stage, and taking photos with her blended family.

Porsha’s mother, Diane T. Williams, her sister Lauren Williams, her husband Simon Guobadia, and even her ex-fiancé and PJ’s father, Dennis McKinley, all joined in to support the 4-year-old.
Porsha wrote in the caption that her daughter had butterflies ahead of the performance but “killed it” nonetheless.
“It’s @Pilarjhena 1st Ballet recital!! We are so proud of our baby!! I can report that although she was nervous your insa-neice killed it !!”
PJ’s recital comes just weeks after her family traveled to Costa Rica to celebrate her 4th birthday. Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia hosted members of their family at their vacation home, where they threw a party fit for the little princess. Williams shared pictures of the celebration on Instagram, captioning one of them, “A Costa Rica Birthday Fit for a Princess [PJ].”
She added, “The Guobadias know how to have a good time! Fireworks at the house, family obstacle course, cookout and lots of love. We love you so much whittle munchkin!!”
Porsha and Simon tied the knot in November 2022 and both have children from previous relationships. Simon has five children from two previous marriages, while Porsha has daughter Pilar(PJ) with her ex, Dennis McKinley.
Porsha and Dennis announced their separation more than a year after their daughter was born in 2019. Despite some challenges, the former couple have established a cordial co-parenting relationship.
