Ne-Yo and Sade have welcomed their second child together, according to an announcement made by Sade on her Instagram account.
“Hey, Brixton. I loooooove you pooh…welcomed home my beautiful baby,” she captioned a series of photos of her newborn.
This news comes just a few months after Ne-Yo’s ex-wife, Crystal Renay, announced their divorce on social media. Crystal accused Ne-Yo of infidelity and fathering a child with another woman.
She wrote, “Eight years of lies and deception. Eight years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous women who sell their bodies to him unprotected … every last one of them,” Crystal shared in her announcement of separation from Ne-Yo. “To say I’m heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement. To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist.”
Sade also shared her thoughts on the situation in a recent Instagram post while reflecting on her pregnancy journey. She expressed that getting pregnant while Ne-Yo was married to someone else was a painful experience but had to choose herself and her baby’s well-being.
“Coming to terms with the delicate circumstances, when I felt like I just couldn’t take on another load, especially at the expense of another persons happiness.. sometimes even my own.. wasn’t the easiest decision,” Sade wrote in her caption.
“However, I have to choose me. Therefore, I have to choose you. The JOY Braiden gives me every day strengthened me & let me know I can do this gracefully.. with love, compassion, and penitence.”
She continued, “Patiently awaiting you. Ready for this journey. Ready 4 the lessons & the blessings. I can’t wait to meet you my buttercup!!
Ne-yo has six children- three kids with his ex-wife Crystal Smith, two with his ex Monyetta Shaw, and now two sons with Sade.
