Amina Buddafly and her daughter, Cori, are here for the “Mi Me Ma Mo Mu” challenge. The celebrity mom and her little one shared their skills with TikTok fans over the Thanksgiving weekend.
Amina guided Cori through the challenge as the recording artist cued the segment. The celebrity mom and her daughter’s pitch was fantastic as they climbed the vocal ladder while singing the phrase.
“Get ’em,” wrote Amina’s ex-husband, and Cori’s father, Peter Gunz in the comments section of the social media post shared on Instagram. “So talented,” another fan agreed.
It is no surprise that Cori was able to hit all the right notes during the “Mi Me Ma Mo Mu” challenge. Her mom is, after all, a gifted vocalist. Amina Buddafly delved into her aspirations as an artist during a recent interview with Trustworthy magazine.
“All the pressure is on me because I’m literally producing, writing, [and] recording my project all by myself, and it’s a lot of work and it’s hard,” the recording artist shared. “I’m taking my time with it, but I’m proud of myself because I can create something amazing with no help,” Amina told the magazine. “My goal is to drop my fourth full album on my 40th birthday next April.”
In addition to working on music for her forthcoming project, Amina is also helping her daughters create music. It was just a few months ago that Cori and her sister, Bronx, released a song that reached viral status. The girls called it ‘The Vinegar and Chips Song’ and filmed the music video for the tune at their local 7-Eleven mart.
“Proud of my babies,” Amina said of Cori and Bronx’s willingness to offer their creativity to the world. Dozens on Instagram loved the single.
Will Cori and Bronx have a feature song on their mom’s forthcoming album? Fans will have to wait and see what Amina Buddafly delivers next year.
