Teletubbies made its debut in March of 1997 and then disappeared from view in 2018. Well fans of the show and a new generation are about to rejoice as the popular British kids’ series, Teletubbies is making a return to the small screen.
According to Deadline, Teletubbies makes its anticipated return as a part of Netflix’s preschool fall slate. The block will also include Princess Power, a new animated series based on the New York Times bestselling book series Princesses Wear Pants by Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie and Allison Oppenheim, as well as the previously announced Spirit Rangers, inspired by stories from Native American tribes and landscapes of American national parks.
The new Teletubbies animated reincarnated series will be narrated by Emmy-nominee, Tituss Burgess, (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt).

So, just what can parents and kids expect from the new show? Well, here’s a brief synopsis of the action from JustJaredJr.com.

Parents get ready for more swag to add to the “Teletubbies” collection and of course, new episode will include new, original “Tummy Tales” songs. Families will have new songs to dance and sing along to!
The new Teletubbies series will consist of 26 12-minute episodes, each written by Catherine Williams.
Andrew Davenport is the co-creator and writer of the original series. Teletubbies Performers include: Rachelle Beinart, Rebecca Hyland, Nick Chee Ping Kellington, and Jeremiah Krage. Executive producers for the new Teletubbies include: Kate Bennetts, Maddy Darrall, Steven DeNure, Billy Macqueen, and Michael Towner.
Are you ready for the debut of the Teletubbies reboot? You have to wait a bit to say, “Eh-Oh” as the new series will not debut until November 14th on Netflix.
