Tamron Hall’s son, Moses, started school earlier this week. The little one had his mom by his side as he began his new journey.
“First day of a school,” Tamron told her social media fans on Wednesday (Sep. 14). “He didn’t want to let go and neither do I,” the celebrity mom shared. “Moses and Mama.”
Moses made Tamron Hall and her husband, Steve Greener, parents for the first time in 2019. Moses celebrated his third birthday in April. Hall delved into her journey as a mom, which has included serving as a mother figure to her nieces and nephew, during a recent interview.
“For me, I have three nieces and a nephew who refer to me as their other mom, and I’ve always felt very appreciated on this day by them,” Tamron told the press. “Also, for me, I didn’t have my child until much later in life,” the talk show host added. “And there were so many other mother figures in my life that it was always a very important, and is an important day for me,” Hall shared. “I’m very, very close with my own mom. We are best friends.”
Moses has changed every aspect of Tamron Hall’s life. “I don’t know what balance feels like,” the celebrity mom admitted. “I know what being present feels like,” she further explained. “So for me, some days I feel that I’ve succeeded and other days, of course, I feel like I’ve fallen short of where I want to be as a mom for Moses. But my goal every day is whatever time I have with him to be present, to be there, to put my phone away and give him that time.”
Moses enjoys singing and received quite the fan following during the pandemic serving as his mom’s impromptu co-host during Tamron Hall’s at-home talk show experience. Only time will tell what career path the youngster chooses to pursue.
