Tank and his wife, Zena Foster, are in celebration mode. The couple’s daughter, Zoey, has graduated from middle school and is headed to the ninth grade.
Tank and Zena shared pictures from their daughter’s big day. Zoey wore her graduation cap in one shot while surrounded by her parents and younger brother, Zion. “How’s Zoey almost as tall as you,” one social media follower asked. Zena responded by saying, “Girl, she’s actually taller than me.”
Some remember when Zoey was a little girl. The youngster was following in her mom’s footsteps as a mini fashionista and Zena was the doting mom who made certain her daughter enjoyed every good thing in life.
Zoey continues to love the finer things in life alongside her parents. It was just four years ago that Tank and Zena Foster wed in a star-studded service that included Jamie Foxx as a groomsman.
“This day represents the beginning of forever,” Tank told the press ahead of his and Zena’s special day. “To find the person you lost once before and having the opportunity to make sure that doesn’t happen again is everything,” the recording artist declared.
“I think we both ended up having to go through our own personal journeys. In my mind, I thought I’d never even go out on a date with this woman ever again in life,” Tank shared in reference to the highs and lows he and Zena endured before marriage. “And then one day I look up and we’re living together and we’ve got another baby on the way and we’re in love again. It’s just one of those things where we just couldn’t fight it,” the recording artist said.
“All the mistakes that we’ve made it still didn’t change the fact that I loved her that much and wanted this for us,” Tank told the press. “They say ‘In God’s own time’ and he really put some time together with us, to make this what it is.”
