Carmelo Anthony allegedly has twins by an unknown woman. The woman, who prefers to remain nameless, gave her story exclusively to Hollywood Unlocked.
According to the woman, she and Carmelo Anthony met last year and got to know each other during the pandemic. The woman initially told Carmelo she was not interested in dating him or being in a relationship. She, however, relaxed her guard when Carmelo assured her that he was not interested in dating her.
The months progressed, which led to Carmelo and the women getting together and ultimately having a physical relationship. She became pregnant with twins, which led to her and Carmelo deciding to go the way of abortion. The woman reportedly needed a medical abortion that required someone to accompany her to the procedure. Carmelo never made time to attend the meeting with her, according to the women, which ultimately led to the abortion window passing. Carmelo and the woman took the next option, which was for her to fly to London to give birth to the kids.
The kids, born in April, were premature and remain in the hospital. One of the woman’s newborns with Carmelo allegedly required surgery. She attempted to inform Carmelo of the operation but only received email correspondence. For the most part, Carmelo told his alleged kids’ mother that he was not trying to brush her off but needed time to fix problems with his wife, La La Anthony, and son, Kiyan Anthony.
The woman initially decided to remain quiet about the situation. She, however, moved to go public with the information after she recently scheduled a FaceTime meeting with Carmelo and her twins only to have him be a no-show for the meeting.
La La Anthony filed for divorce from Carmelo Anthony on Thursday (June 17) in New York after 11 years of marriage. The court documents came after months of reported separation. According to TMZ,
“Both [Carmelo and La La waited to file for divorce because] wanted to take time to ensure a private and smooth transition in their relationship for their 14-year-old son, Kiyan — who’s always their top priority — and they remain fully aligned as parenting partners.”
Kiyan is La La Anthony and Carmelo Anthony’s only child. Carmelo has yet to respond to the latest allegation of his fathering twins.
