The coronavirus pandemic affected Kim Kardashian and her family in an up-close and personal way. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star reveals her oldest son, Saint West, tested positive for the virus during the teaser for the show’s next episode.
“Sainty just tested positive for COVID,” Kim says in the teaser. “I’m trying not to freak anyone out, but I’m just really worried,” the celebrity mom reveals. Kim goes on to tell a family friend via telephone that her oldest daughter, North West, was also “saying she’s feeling sick.” Kardashian concludes by telling the unknown person on the phone, “It wouldn’t be surprising if she has it.”
Kim Kardashian got candid about how the coronavirus pandemic directly affected her home during an interview last year. The KUWTK star told the press that her husband, Kanye West, contracted the virus before it was officially classified as a worldwide health crisis.
“Kanye had it way at the beginning when nobody really knew what was going on,” Kim told GRAZIA back in October. “It was so scary and unknown,” Kardashian shared. “I had my four babies and no one else in the house to help,” the celebrity mom said.
“I had to go and change Kanye’s sheets and help him get out of bed when he wasn’t feeling good,” Kim shared with GRAZIA. “It was a challenge because it was so unknown. Changing his sheets with gloves and a face shield was really a scary time,” Kardashian explained.
“I’m the type of person that respects the process, that respects what’s going on in the world. Maybe our planet needed a break,” the celebrity added. “Maybe we all needed a break. Maybe this was the reset? I try to look at it that way.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have four kids – North, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago – together. Catch up with Kim and her family every week on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
