Vanessa Bryant honored her late daughter, Gianna “GiGi” Bryant, in the best way on what would have been the teen’s fifteenth birthday. The celebrity mom launched a new clothing line called Mambacita.

Vanessa took to Instagram to announce the brand’s impending debut. “Coming soon,” Bryant told her social media fans. “In honor of my Gigi’s 15th Birthday,” the celebrity said. “Happy birthday, Gigi,” Vanessa wrote to her late daughter. “One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation,” Bryant told her supporters.
Snoop Dogg was among many who pledged to purchase items from the Mambacita clothing line. “I need mines (sic),” the rapper said, “so I can rep my niecy.”
Gianna “GiGi” Bryant died in a helicopter crash on January 26, 2020. She along with her father and seven other passengers were headed to a basketball game at the Mamba Sports Foundation in Thousand Oaks. All passengers, including the pilot, on board the aircraft died in the fiery crash. Gianna was 13-years-old at the time of her passing.
Vanessa Bryant had help with modeling styles from her upcoming Mambacita clothing brand from her oldest daughter, Natalia. It was just a few days ago that the celebrity mom and her daughter participated in a Vogue photoshoot.
“My mom, she’s really the strongest person I’ve ever known,” Natalia told the fashion magazine. “You’re always there,” the young adult told her mom. “I would say that you’re like the sun. You’re always shining this beautiful smile. And you’ll always find the sun somewhere. Even if you can’t see it, it’s shining somewhere.”

Vanessa Bryant has four children – Natalia, Gianna, Capri, and Bianka – with her late husband, Kobe Bryant. The Mambacita clothing brand comes to consumers on Saturday, May 1, 2021, which is the same date as Gianna’s fifteenth birthday.
