Bow Wow, real name Shad Moss, is a proud papa of two kids! The rapper took to his Instagram earlier today to share a new photo of his son and daughter and to praise their mothers.
He wrote, “TS BEEN DADDY DAY CARE EVERY DAY OF THIS MONTH! I Aint never cooked, washed clothes, and played so much in my life, but i love it! Big shout out to all the single parents out there … i now know what it feels like.”
Moss shares his son and daughter with models Olivia Sky and Joie Chavis, respectfully.
“Shout out to their moms they do such a wonderful job,” he added. “I’m blessed to have them in my life! Ok lil man tryna take my phone away as i type. Gotta go…… #daddutyallapril.”

Bow Wow became a dad for the first time on April 27, 2011, when he welcomed his daughter, Shai Moss, with Chavis.
Moss wrote on his personal website at the time, “I felt as if I had no purpose to live (thinking selfishly) until God gave me the illest gift of my life. No [Lamborghini], no [American Express Black Card] nothing amounts to my lil girl. I was nervous on how y’all would look at me. My lil girl is getting BIG fast. I love every minute of it. She inspires me to go harder. Even made me treat my mother better, it’s like it made me into a man overnight.”
In September 2020, Bow Wow confirmed that he had fathered a son after Olivia Sky hinted that she had a child with the musician. Sky shared a picture of her baby on IG Stories with the caption, “My Dog For Life.”
After many media outlets picked up the story, Bow Wow took to his Instagram to share that he did indeed have a son.

Last month, during an episode of Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta(GUHHATL), viewers learned that the rapper had taken a paternity test to determine if his son was biologically his. While anxiously awaiting the test results, Moss opened up to his manager, Andy, about feeling betrayed that Olivia Sky had taken their story to the press.
“I wish she could have done it in a better way or we could have talked about it in a nice release through PEOPLE magazine or however we could have done it other than just, bam, Internet,” Bow Wow said. “Alright cool,” he continued. “Like, what are you looking for other than attention? And I get enough of that.”

“At first I was nervous,” Bow Wow later revealed to another friend during the episode. “I don’t understand why people feel like they got to put everything on social media,” the celebrity added. “Once she did that, I kind of got low from the energy.”
Bow Wow also felt like Olivia Sky had done something underhanded by posting a photo of their son on Instagram. “I kind of felt betrayed,” the celebrity father said. “I really didn’t approve [of] putting the photo out there like that,” he added.
